Industrial & Commercial Powder Coating
Industrial and commercial work is the core of our shop. Manufacturers, fabricators and contractors send us everything from one-off fabricated assemblies to repeat manufacturing runs.
Every part is blasted, prepared, coated and cured in-house at our 8,500 sq. ft. San Diego facility, to your drawings and specifications.

Large Part Powder Coating
Our 20' × 10' × 10' curing oven and matching blast booth take beams, frames and oversized fabrications in one piece.
If it fits in the oven, we can blast it, coat it and cure it here, with no cutting parts down and no second shop.

Production & High Volume Powder Coating
We run repeat orders and scheduled batches for manufacturers and fabricators. Parts are racked and run the same way every time, so color, coverage and finish stay consistent from the first part to the last and from one order to the next.

Sandblasting & Surface Preparation
All blasting is done in-house in our 20' × 10' × 10' blast booth. Rust, mill scale, old paint and old powder come off down to clean metal, leaving the surface profile a coating needs to bond.
Sandblast-only service is also available.
