Sandblasting, sanding and masking, electrostatic powder application and oven cure all happen in-house, so nothing is outsourced and nothing waits on another shop.
Sandblasting In-House
Sand, steel grit, glass beads or walnut shell, tuned to the part. Cleans to bare metal and can create a specific texture or finish.
Any Material That Holds a Charge
Metal is the mainstay, but virtually any material that can hold an electrostatic charge can be powder coated, including plastic, wood and ceramic.

Before & After
Sandblasting removes rust, old paint and coatings and leaves a uniform profile the new powder bonds to. That prep is why our finishes last for many years without significant degradation, and it's the difference between a coating that holds and one that peels.
