Those business parks are full of machine shops, contractors and fabricators who need parts coated between steps of a job, and many of them already run parts to us because we are so close.

Residents who ride the trails in Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve bring us bike frames and racks that have been chipped by rocks and bleached by the sun. Homeowners near Lopez Ridge and Westview send patio furniture and side gates that have rusted through their original paint.

Our process fixes the base first. We strip each wheel, sandblast it to bare aluminum or steel, repair minor rash, mask the lug seats, hub bore and valve stem hole, and then apply powder electrostatically so it wraps every spoke. After a full oven cure the finish is far harder than paint and shrugs off brake dust and road chemicals.
