Kearny Mesa spans the 92111 and 92123 zip codes between SR-163 and I-15. Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport sits at its center, surrounded by light industrial buildings, sign and print shops, fabricators and contractors' yards. Sign letters are a finish-first product. Any drip, orange peel or color shift shows from across the parking lot, and outdoor letters have to hold their color for years in full sun.

Powder coating does that better than wet paint. Letters and frames are cleaned and blasted, masked where fasteners and returns need to stay bare, and coated electrostatically so the powder reaches inside returns and around tight curves evenly. After curing, the finish is hard, colorfast and consistent across every letter in the set, which is why Snapdragon Stadium's Spectrum letters were powder coated.

Color matching matters here too. Sign shops can send a brand color by RAL or manufacturer code, and we will run the full letter set to it. If a letter is ever damaged later, we can coat a replacement to the same spec so it disappears into the set.
