All that industry creates a steady need for metal finishing: equipment frames, instrument enclosures, cable trays, carts, machine guards and the fabricated brackets that hold it all together. For Sorrento Valley customers, consistency matters more than anything. A lab cart that is a slightly different gray from the one next to it, or a panel with coating in a threaded hole, causes problems at assembly.

We work from your drawings and mark-ups. Threads, bearing seats, ground contacts and mating surfaces are protected with high-temperature tape and silicone plugs before coating. Parts are racked for even film thickness, coated electrostatically so the powder reaches corners and inside edges, and cured on a set schedule so every batch comes out the same.

Color control is simple on our end: tell us the RAL number, a sample part or the powder manufacturer and product code on your drawing, and we run every batch to that. If you need texture or gloss held to a specific level for a customer-facing product, note it on the purchase order and we will confirm it before the first run.
